鋼絲繩剝頭系統(tǒng)可快速清潔的完成輸送帶鋼絲繩剝頭。
剝頭操作可在硫化車間或現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行。
鋼絲繩剝頭系統(tǒng)包括三部分:切割裝置、牽引裝置和導(dǎo)向裝置。
切割裝置適用于鋼絲間距為10-25mm和直徑為4.9-13.2mm的鋼絲。適用的滑動(dòng)面(下蓋膠)最大蓋膠厚度可達(dá)12mm,運(yùn)行面(上蓋膠)最大蓋膠厚度可達(dá)25mm。
最高輸送帶厚度可達(dá)40mm。
Field of application:
The XL-GBT stripping winch has been designed for fast and clean
stripping of steel cables on conveyor belt heads which are to be
spliced.This operation can
be carried out in the vulcanizing shop and on site.
The stripping winch consists of cutting unit,pulling unit and slide unit.
The XL-GBT advance cutting unit is suitable for cable pitches from
10-20mm and for cablesdiammeters from 4.9-13.2mm the rubber cover
thickness can be
up to 12mm on the running side and up to 25mm on the carrying side.The total belt thickness can be up to 40mm.

-無須翻動(dòng)皮帶,上下蓋膠的清除可一次完成。
-鋼絲上需要保留一層薄薄的橡膠,這樣才能確保接頭芯膠的高粘性
-與傳統(tǒng)手動(dòng)剝頭方式相比,操作簡單并能節(jié)省大量時(shí)間,大大降低了勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。
The XL-GBT advance stripping winch offers the following advantages:
1.No turning of the belt,because the rubber cover on both carrying side and running side is removed in one single operation.
2.The steel cables remain embedded in a thin rubber layer ensuring high adhesion of the core rubber within the splice.
3.Easy handing and tremendous time saving in comparison to
conventional manual stripping methods and therefore considerable labour
reduction.
功能概述:
切割裝置能快速有效的完成鋼絲繩剝頭,為下一步硫化工作做好準(zhǔn)備。
首先沿著輸送帶橫向方向,手工將約200mm寬的上下蓋膠全部清除。
然后,準(zhǔn)備沿輸送帶左手側(cè)(皮帶尾部方向)開始機(jī)械剝頭。
切割深度可根據(jù)蓋膠厚度進(jìn)行調(diào)整。特制刀片對每種直徑的鋼絲都能適用。帶有一個(gè)可調(diào)反面壓實(shí)滾輪的交錯(cuò)式雙刀片系統(tǒng),能夠確保刀片沿鋼絲繩方向精確切割;而且,鋼絲間距在10-25mm范圍內(nèi)可調(diào)。
牽引裝置(鋼纜絞盤)能為鋼絲繩剝頭提供所需的牽引強(qiáng)度。
導(dǎo)向裝置的作用是固定牽引裝置,以確保它的穩(wěn)定性。導(dǎo)向裝置能確保牽引裝置始終定位于正確的角度,以保證切割裝置沿著最佳角度進(jìn)行剝頭。導(dǎo)向裝置的長度包括3m(皮帶厚度≤2.200mm時(shí))和4m(皮帶厚度>2.200mm時(shí))。
Functional description:
The cutting unit enables fast stripping of steel cables on conveyor belt heads for subsequent vulcanization.
After an approx 200mm wide strip of the rubber cover has been
removed manually across the belt on carrying side and running side,
mechanical stripping of the steel cables can be started on the left hand
side of the belt (in direction of belt end ) .
The cutting depth can be adjusted according to rubber cover
thickness. Especially designed blades are used for each individual cable
diameter. The staggered arrangement of 2 blades with an adjustable
counter pressure roller each ensures exact guiding for the cutting unit
along the steel cables and can be adjusted to a cable pitch from
10-25mm.
The pulling unit (cable winch) supplies the pulling strength required for stripping a steel cable of the belt.
The slide unit serve as an anchorage fro the pulling unit and
ensures its stability. The slide unit enables the pulling unit to be
positioned always in a right angle to the cutting unit which is the
optimum angle fro stripping. The slide unit is available in a length of 3
m (for belt width≤2200mm)and 4m(for belt width>2200mm).
The cable stripping system can be operated by just 2 persons.

安全指導(dǎo):
鋼索剝頭系統(tǒng)只能由受過專門訓(xùn)練的人員來操作。
電動(dòng)工具及正在運(yùn)行的設(shè)備必須注意防水防潮。
導(dǎo)向裝置和牽引裝置必須要安全穩(wěn)固的放置好。它們的運(yùn)輸和提升只能由適合的起重機(jī)或至少2人來操作完成。
導(dǎo)向裝置必須用緊固支架或鉤環(huán)固定,保證其不會傾斜或移動(dòng),一次牽引強(qiáng)度對應(yīng)的最小抗張強(qiáng)度為6KN。
牽引裝置必須與鋼絲繩輸送帶成90°角放置。
牽引裝置在每次改變位置后,為了安全,請用制動(dòng)閘固定,以防滑動(dòng)。
在每次操作前請檢查牽引裝置的鋼絲繩,若有損壞請即更換。
牽引鋼索的伸長長度不要超過6米,為了安全,絞盤上至少保持2圈余線。
絞盤專門設(shè)計(jì)用作切割時(shí)的牽引設(shè)備,嚴(yán)禁其它任何用途?。ńg盤只作水平方向的牽引,禁止載重狀態(tài)下的傾斜和提升運(yùn)動(dòng),鋼索的松開或繞緊須在有張力時(shí)才能操作?。?br>安裝或更換刀片時(shí)請帶好防切割手套。
進(jìn)行鋼絲繩剝頭時(shí),1.2倍繩長范圍內(nèi)嚴(yán)禁站人!
保養(yǎng)和維修工作最好由受過專業(yè)培訓(xùn)的工程師來完成。
Safety instructions:
The cable stripping system may be operated/ used only by staff trained in handling and operation.
Current –carrying /live equipment must always be protected against water and humidity.
Slide unit and pulling unit must always be firmly secured. Pulling
unit and slide unit should only be transported or lifted with suitable
hoists or by at least 2 persons.
The slide unit must be secured/fastened in such a way that it can
not tilt over or move (fastening brackets /shackles)with a minimum
tensile strength for a pulling strength of 6 KN each).
The pulling unit must be positioned at an angle of 900 to the steel cable belt.
Check steel rope of pulling unit before each operation and replace if damaged.
The pulling rope must not be unwound more than 6m in order to ensure that the rope drum.
The winch is designed exclusively as pulling unit for the cutting unit and must not be used for any other purpose whatsoever!
(Only for pulling in horizontal direction. Moving of load on slopes
and lifting is prohibited. Unwind or wind up steel rope under pulling
tension only!)
When installing or changing the blades suitable protective gloves should be worn (danger of cutting).
when stripping the steel cables no person is allowed in a radius of 1,2 times the rope length!
Maintenance and repair may be carried out to the units by trained specialists only.
維護(hù)保養(yǎng):
切割裝置:舊的,鈍的或破損的刀片應(yīng)當(dāng)進(jìn)行更換。
請定期進(jìn)行切割裝置的清理和機(jī)械部件正常功能的檢查。
牽引裝置:安裝新的鋼絲繩時(shí),線輥和偏轉(zhuǎn)輥應(yīng)至少一年檢查一次。如果添加潤滑油也不能解決問題,緩慢線輥或偏轉(zhuǎn)輥就必須維修或更換。
請用清潔布清潔弄臟的鋼絲繩-不要潤滑。(需要硫化的接頭區(qū)域一定要謹(jǐn)防油脂或化學(xué)品污染)
如果鋼絲繩出現(xiàn)破損或損壞,請立即更換,消除安全隱患。
如果鋼絲繩直徑小于其額定值的10%或更低,必須進(jìn)行更換,即使它沒有破損或損壞。(例如額定鋼絲繩直徑是6mm,若實(shí)際值≤5.4mm就得更換。)
齒輪潤滑油應(yīng)至少每兩年一換。(例如1.3kg的礦物油VG220)
電機(jī)和傳動(dòng)設(shè)備的滾柱軸承必須用油脂潤滑,例如(M)EP2或(M)R3。
必須對制動(dòng)閘定期進(jìn)行檢測,確保使用安全。
導(dǎo)向裝置:請定期清潔弄臟的導(dǎo)向裝置,為了安全,在工作開始前,請仔細(xì)認(rèn)真檢查制動(dòng)設(shè)備和緊固鉤環(huán)是否一切正常。
Maintenance:
Cutting unit:
Used, blunt or worn blades have to be replaced.
In case of contamination the unit has to be cleaned and proper functioning of the mechanical components should be checked
Pulling unit:
Rope drum and deflection roller must be examined at least once a
year and/or when installing a new steel rope. Sluggish rope drums or
deflection rollers have to be repaired or exchanged if proper
lubrication does not solve the problem.
Clean contamination steel rope with a clean cloth-do not lubricate
(splice area to be vulcanized must not be contaminated by grease pr
chemicals).
If any wires of the steel rope are broken or damaged, the steel rope has to be replaced immediately (danger of accident!).
If the steel rope diameter is 10% or more below its nominal
diameter, the rope has to be replaced –even when none of the wires are
broken or damaged.(The nominal diameter of the steel rope is 6mm i.e. a
diameter of ≤5.4mm the rope has to be exchanged).
The gear lubricant oil has to be changed at least every 2 years (1,3 kg mineral oil VG 220)
The roller bearings of motor and transmission should be lubricated with grease such as Mobilux (M) EP 2 or Alvania(M) R 3.
Proper function of the locking brake must be checked at regular intervals.
Slide unit:
In case of contamination the unit has to be cleaned and the
stopping devices as well as the fastening shackles have to be examined
for safe functioning before each operation.
維修:
重要提示:在維修工作開始之前,必須拔出主要的插頭切斷電源,從而確保安全!
牽引裝置的維修最好只能由專業(yè)的電氣工程師來負(fù)責(zé)!
缺陷和磨損部件應(yīng)立即進(jìn)行更換,推薦使用原廠備品備件。
Repair:
Important: Pull out mains plug before starting!
Repairs on the pulling unit may be carried out by a professional electrician only!
Faulty and worn components have to be exchanged immediately.
